BOS Fitout is the advanced internal fitout division of British Offsite

We deliver high-quality, pre-manufactured components that streamline construction, reduce on-site labour and ensure consistent excellence across your developments.

On a mission to enable faster construction

British Offsite evolved from Weston Logistics – the supply arm of Weston Homes – with a mission to meet growing demand for faster, more cost-effective construction.

Building on over 35 years of homebuilding expertise, we have developed from producing components and early UNipanel prototypes into a renowned offsite construction business.

In 2023 we launched one of Europe’s largest automated assembly lines. Today, British Offsite manufactures UNisystem, our 2D panelised, light gauge steel systems, and our range of BOS Fitout solutions.

Powered by precision

We have a track record of success on some of the UK’s most ambitious projects, offering tailored solutions and advanced manufacturing that transform how finished building envelopes and bathroom, bedroom and kitchen interiors are delivered at scale.

From first fix to final finish, our streamlined, precision approach eliminates delays, raises quality standards and reduces on-site complexity, helping to bring costs down and completion dates forward.

Our Factories

Over 11 years of operational experience honing our manufacturing methods and the handcrafted quality of the tailored solutions we deliver.

We’re a long-term supplier to the WhatHouse Housebuilder of the Year 2025, Weston Homes, working with them across all styles of property and creating the fitout solutions they need for each space and interior design.  Now we’re offering the same design quality and ease of installation to UK-wide clients, including developers of student accommodation, later living homes, social housing and private sale. Designs are adaptable and can be delivered at scale.
